While we do our best to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. Below is our clear and straightforward return policy to guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for watches purchased directly from Watch Shopping under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the watch you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect upon arrival, you may be eligible for a return. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with clear photos of the defect or damage.

Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to a warehouse fulfillment error, please notify us immediately. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
2. Non-Returnable Situations
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns in the following scenarios:

Change of Mind or Customer Preference: Returns based on personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect strap size are not eligible.

Warranty-Related Repairs: Our watches are not covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Instead, they come with a 2-year in-house warranty provided by Watch Shopping. If an issue arises within this warranty period, the watch may be sent to our international repair center at the customer’s expense. Shipping instructions will be provided upon request.
3. How to Initiate a Return
If your return qualifies under our policy, here are the steps to follow:

Email us at support@watch-shopping.com or message us via our social media channels within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any damage or issues. -
Step 2: Get Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions and the return address. -
Step 3: Ship the Product
You’ll need to send the product back to our designated international warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for added security. -
Step 4: Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If the defect or issue is verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
4. Return Timeframe

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are typically processed within 2 to 4 business days after inspection.
5. International Orders

No Hidden Fees: All international orders are shipped duty-free, with customs handled by Watch Shopping. There are no additional taxes or import fees for the customer.

Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days, including customs clearance. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen global shipping disruptions.
