These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Watch Shopping and any purchases made through our online store at watch-shopping.com. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Watch Shopping is a company incorporated and governed under the laws of Ontario, Canada.

1. Products and Orders

We specialize in the online sale of authentic luxury watches from trusted global brands. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability on our website are accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.

• Order Placement: Orders must be placed directly through our website.

• Accepted Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and major debit/credit cards via PayPal Guest Checkout.

• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, orders for out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or watches deemed defective prior to shipment.

2. Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary global shipping on all orders. Shipping is fulfilled using reliable courier partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Canada Post, PostNL, and others depending on your location.

• Customs Clearance: In most cases, we handle the customs process on behalf of our customers. However, in countries with stricter import regulations (e.g., Brazil, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan), customers may be responsible for completing customs clearance independently.

• Processing & Delivery:

  • Standard processing time: 5–8 business days

  • Estimated global delivery timeframe: 10–20 business days

• Disclaimer: While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following condition:

• Product Defects: If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing support@watch-shopping.com. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if the claim is valid.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our international warehouse.

• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–4 business days if the product defect is verified.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability in connection with any product purchased shall not exceed the actual amount paid for that product. Under no circumstances shall Watch Shopping be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or misuse of our products

• Inability to access or use the website

• Delays, interruptions, or website errors

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which any claim is based.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of the website or placement of future orders indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
